Return Policy

Info: 

Regular stock items can be returned with original receipt within 14 days for a full refund. Money will be refunded in the same manner in which it was purchased. There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items or special orders. Goods must be returned in the original packaging and in resaleable condition. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Rhubarb Designs does not provide refunds for shipping costs, including any customs charges or duties that may be incurred. We are also not responsible for loss during shipping, so please be sure to insure the package and get a tracking number for all returns.

Rhubarb Designs is not liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. All shipping costs include insurance coverage of your purchase. Fees incurred from rejected packages will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

How to request a refund: 

Please contact us at rhubarbdesigns@shaw.ca  or at 250.537.8873 to initiate returns. Once we have received your return or exchange we will notify you with your refund or exchange details. Refunds should appear to your account within 7-10 business days.

 

In-store returns: 

Returns must be made within 7 days. please return unused goods in their original state and packaging with accompanying receipt. Due to the nature of being able to fully experience our products in the shop, we happily offer in-store credit on any returns.
